Ms. Romo is a retired executive of Southwest Airlines, having spent over 30 years at the company and most recently serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Before joining Southwest Airlines, she was an audit manager for Coopers & Lybrand, LLP.  She is also a member of the McCombs School of Business Advisory Council and previously served on the Accounting Advisory Council at the McCombs School of Business.
