The audit profession has been focused on DEI for many years yet we recognize there remains room for more growth–specifically with Black and Hispanic/Latino talent entering the profession, and with retention and advancement of all underrepresented demographics. Our bold ambition is for the profession to better reflect the communities we live in and businesses serve.

The CAQ launched Bold Ambition to explain the work that is already ongoing, to share resources and best practices, and help the public track our progress. As a profession, auditors hold others accountable and we believe it is imperative to hold ourselves accountable.
