CAQ Congratulates Peter Gleason on Appointment as NACD CEO, Thanks Retiring Ken Daly

Washington, DC – Center for Audit Quality Executive Director Cindy Fornelli released the following statement today on the appointment of Peter R. Gleason as CEO of the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD), effective in January 2017. Current CEO Ken Daly will retire on January 25, 2017.
“After 16 years of helping to transform NACD into a recognized authority on leading boardroom practices, there is no one better suited to take the helm of the organization. Peter is a proven leader who will be a powerful voice for the more than 17,000 board members that NACD represents.
