These organizations represent the Anti-Fraud Collaboration, which actively engages in efforts to mitigate the risks of financial reporting fraud. The Case Study is consistent with the Collaboration’s goal to promote the deterrence and detection of financial reporting fraud through the development of education, programs, tools and other related resources. |

Audit Committee Essentials: The Annual Auditor Assessment The Audit Committee Essentials: The Annual Auditor Assessment tool is designed to allow audit committees to take advantage of formal and informal opportunities to objectively evaluate the auditor’s performance on an annual basis in order to make an informed recommendation to the Board whether to retain the auditor. The tool was developed by the Association of Audit Committee Members, Inc., Corporate Board Member, an NYSE Euronext Company, Independent Directors Council, Mutual Fund Directors Forum, National Association of Corporate Directors, Tapestry Networks and the CAQ. |
