How Can an International Firm Gain Access to the CAQ’s Educational Resources?

The Center for Audit Quality is offering international firms an opportunity to gain access to the educational materials we have to offer regarding SEC rules and regulations and PCAOB rules and standards. International firms interested in taking advantage of this arrangement and accessing the CAQ’s valuable educational materials can do so by following the three criteria below:

  • Completion of a one-time International Firm Access Form.

    An international firm access form needs to be completed only in the initial year of the international access. Each international firm will automatically be enrolled in each subsequent year unless the CAQ is informed of the firm’s decision to cease the arrangement.
     
  • Periodically filing with the CAQ for each fiscal year, information determined by the Executive Committee to be relevant to the CAQ ’s effective operation, within a period to be determined by the Executive Committee.
     
  • Pay an annual fee as assessed by the Executive Committee.
