Professor, Northwestern University School of Law (1961-present). During the period 1977-85 he served as Dean of the School. From 1987-89 he served as Chairman of the United States Securities and Exchange Commission. He is currently Chairman of the Mutual Fund Directors Forum, an organization providing education to independent directors of mutual funds. He has been active in many securities regulation related public service organizations. |
